Hi Michael.
In the current version of AgExpert, we don't have an official year end process. You simply add the next fiscal year, and enter your adjustments in the prior year as necessary.
If you are looking for something that is temporary, I would suggest either making a backup or taking a snapshot before you attempt any entries, especially if you are unsure how your books are going to be affected. This will allow you to go back to the backup or snapshot if you don't like what has happened. But that is all there really is - once you make an entry into AgExpert, it is live.
