Good morning. I have a question about inventory. The inventory reports for the year ending 2016 and the year opening 2017 both show that there is Hard Red Spring inventory on hand; however, when I enter a sale of HRSW in 2017, I get the message that the value for this commodity has been set to zero and asks if this entry is correct. What am I missing?

That depends on how you are making the sale entry. Are you getting the Inventory Detail screen, and are you filling it out completely? It sounds like maybe the quantity is being missed, though I am not 100% sure based on your question here. Would you be able to provide a screenshot of the message you are getting?
