Good Morning,
Just wondering what happened to the Full Window View on some of the reports. I have noticed on the Bank Rec and Transaction Edit-Reverse screens that the full window view stays small and to one side of the page. With age, I rather liked the larger view. Easier on old eyes, haha. Thanks for looking into this.
Hi Paralee, We've had a couple of customers report the same thing and it seems that somehow your windows aren't re-sizing properly. If your window is maximized, Restore it down to it's original size so that the text fills the window, then drag the borders out using one corner to resize the window a bit more slowly. If the text continues to fill it up then you're probably ok to continue from there. If the text is not re-sizing properly, then you'll need to search for and delete any files called "finance.xml" on your computer. If that's what you end up needing to do, give us a call and we can help you with that.
