Further to my prev. comment....
I am trying to enter the GST return, which I filed using Agexpert, so that should show as a receivable. When I tried to post it, it shows no receivable balance in the G/L. That is when I noticed on the dashboard, it says the last remittance was 2018, but that is not possible as I printed out the report from AE when I first submitted last year. So what went wrong?

    Hi C K! Answering both your questions here. Is it possible that you printed the report but didn't record it? That would explain why your A/R account didn't carry forward from 2019. Go into your GST report section and see if it is in there. If not, you will have to do the process again using the same date to record it.
