Hello Louise, the format of your bank statement must be either a .ofx, .qfx or .qbo file in order to import it into AgExpert Analyst. Try downloading your bank statement again with one of the mentioned file extensions. You could also contact your bank if you aren't able to download the correct format and they may be able to help. If you are not able to save your bank statement in the correct format you could convert the PDF file into a .ofx, .qfx or .qbo.
