Hi Ashley, We can export records from one file to another (Tools > Export > Field Manager PRO), but there is currently no option to sync two desktops together. The Field Manager PRO app might be a useful tool for you though as it allows multiple users to enter records through a mobile device and then all of those records can be sync'd to a single desktop.
