Good afternoon Scott, this has been reported to our developpers and will be fixed in Field Manager PRO/PRO 360 2016-01. For the time being, to be able to fix and generate the report, you will need to edit the storage location treaments and ensure that there is Labour personnel seletecd under treated by. This should solve your issue.
