Hi, I am having some trouble getting my data to sync from the cloud to my desktop. I have just uploaded the data from the app onto the cloud and that worked. But when i try to sync onto the desktop it says "The data was created on a more recent version of the software. Use the latest version of the software to view this data". I only use one desktop version and one app, so I cant see how the data could have been created on a newer version of the software. any suggestions?

    Hi Bren!

    It sounds like the app on your phone has updated to the most recent version of the software, but your desktop is still running an older version. If you look at the top of the screen, in the title bar, does your version number say 2014-03? If not, then you are not current on your desktop software and need to install the latest update. You can email us, or use the Contact Us link at the top of the screen, to request the latest update be re-emailed to you.
