Hi there,
I have already set up our 2015 information, and have been entering data for our farming operation. The problem is, we are fairly large and consist of two separate divisions. I'm wondering if it's possible to list the two different divisions beneath the company heading, as "Subdivisions"...example: Grain Division and Potato Division...in the land tree. And if so, how would I move each listed parcel of land under the correct "Sub - Subdivison"?

Hey Tammy, You have two levels of land to work with - your smallest piece usually called fields on which you enter all your operations and then your larger piece which is optional under the setup menu and can be set to whatever you wish. That larger piece is just a way of organizing your smaller pieces into groups for reporting purposes. So your optional larger pieces could be "Divisions" and you could have 2 of them, Grain and Potato. Once those divisions were setup (make sure you have enough acres on each to cover the fields you want included in them), then it's just a matter of editing all of your fields to allocate them to either the Grain Division or the Potato Division.
In the link below which you may find helpful, where it mentions "quarters," think Divisions instead.
