Hi , I am having trouble syncing from desktop to cloud. I get error message that one 1/4 is overallocated. Have tried everything i can think off, even deleted that 1/4 and still wont sync and get same error message
Hi Kerry, In the sync window, click on the "Delete Cloud Data" link at the bottom right hand corner of the window. Once that's done you should be able to sync without any further trouble.
