Can you run multiple PC versions of the software? For example I'd like to be able to enter agronomy stuff (spraying, planting, crop observations) on my PC. As well, I'd like to have a computer that stays in the shop that guys can enter equipment maintenance records. In addition they may start adding in the operations they do (spraying, tilling, etc.).

Hey Scott, you are currently allowed to install the software on 2 different machines without purchasing additional licenses so there's no problem with the two systems having and using the software. Where you're going to need to take a bit of care is in the management of the actual data file. Ideally, you would store your data file on a network location that both computer's can access. That way if the guys make changes to the file during the day in the shop, you can open the file at night from the office and see what they've entered, and then tomorrow they can see what you've entered the previous evening. There is a limitation to the software right now that you'll also need to be aware of. Only one user can be accessing the file at a time. So for instance, if the guys have the file open in the shop and you were to try to open the same file in the office then you'd get a message popping up saying that the file was already in use. It's definitely a workable system, but just something that needs a bit of awareness and care. Hopefully we'll be able to enter equipment maintenance on the Field Manager PRO app and then you can just have an iPad or something in the shop and have everything sync to the cloud. It's a suggestion that's been made and we hope to see that feature in the future.
