Why can't I edit my customer/contact's names and addresses? I am using the version 2015-03
Hi Ledean, you can no longer edit customers and contacts in the transaction entry screen however you can certainly do this by clicking on the Setup menu > Contacts. Our original intention was to have an option to add customers or suppliers on the fly during transaction entry. The universal contact button was replaced with an "add contact" button to speed up the time it takes to add a contact (one screen less to go through each time). Hope this makes sense!
