When printing my December, 2013 Capital Asset Schedule, I had a Capital Asset re-appear that was disposed of in 2012. It looks like it was put back in when I did the conversion from 2012 to the 2013 version, because when I did my 2012 year-end merge, it specifically noted that the asset had been removed. Has anyone else come across that issue?

Hi Cheryl, That sounds odd. The only reason that the conversion would put the asset in the list is if it was linked to one of the transactions that was being converted. If it was a "sale" transaction then the capital asset should be marked as "not in possession." If you're seeing something other than that, please give us a quick call. We can connect to your system and help you figure out why the asset is appearing in your list. If you're not using the latest (2014-02) version of our software I'd also recommend installing that.
