When I want to print my cheques I have to scroll a long ways down to get to the current cheques. There must be a way to reverse the order so the most recent ones show at the top instead of the bottom of the list. Can anyone help?
Also I would love to make the default for printing cheques my rear feeder instead of the tray. However, the options seem to be limited. (When I print address labels through my printer using a word processor, I can make the default the rear feeder and not the tray. I want to do the same for whenever I print cheques.)
AgExpert Analyst allows you to sort your print queue by any of the columns in the window. I would suggest sorting your window by the reference number. See the picture attached below.
Regarding your second question, Analyst does not contain any printer settings the way that your word processor program does. Instead it simply uses what is defined as the default in the windows printer installation. To change the default tray to your rear feeder, you can simply go into the printer properties through windows and make whatever changes you require there.
