Disqus Agexpert Accounting Questions Archive

when I try to log into agexpert analyst 2015-1 it comes up but then disappears immediately. My operating system is Windows 7. Anyone have experience with this?

    Hey Bernard, I seem to remember something like this happening a few years ago and if my memory serves, it required us to update users to a newer version of Microsoft .NET Framework. But, if it was working previously and just all of a sudden stopped that usually means that something changed on the computer. You could look at your Windows update and see if one was recently installed, maybe undoing that would resolve the problem.

    The only "sure" fix I can provide for you is to upgrade to the current version of windows and the current version of our software. Windows 7 is no longer supported by Microsoft as of this coming January as far as I know. Windows 10 is a bit of a change to get used to, but once you get used to the differences, it's a pretty great operating system. The possible barriers there are the costs involved which may be undesireable. If that's the case then hopefully one of my first to suggestions works for you! If they do, can you reply to this message and let everyone know which one did it?
