When I enter a transaction for an expense that we paid for personaly, 1) do I use the general journal window, and what account would I use, Shareholder Loan? the other program I used it was Shareholder deposit?

Hi Deb, Same thing in our software except you can just use the regular entry window. Enter a withdrawal offset by an L- line to your Shareholder Loan account.
