When I am in the report module, and trying to select the date range, I can only see a fraction of the from and to, how can I fix this? I had hoped with the update that it would have been corrected but it is worse.

    Hi Michelle!

    It sounds like your monitor DPI is possibly set too high. As a result, your screen won't display properly.

    What version of Windows do you currently run? Generally, you can right click on your desktop and go to Personalize. On the bottom left of the screen, click on Display. You can select the 100% option from here. This will work in Windows 7 & 8.

    In Windows 10, right click on your desktop and go to Display Settings. You can use the slider scale at the bottom of the screen to make sure that 100% is selected.

    This should hopefully correct things for you. If not, I would give our office a call during our regular business hours, and we can remote into your system to see if we can work out what your issues are.
