Hi Tracy! We are unaware of a system-wide problem with saving partially complete Bank Reconciliations. If you use the Save button when it is not complete(or unbalanced), it will save your progress but not complete the bank reconciliation. If you are using the Save button and getting an error, please give us a call at 1-800-667-7893 so that we can investigate further. Thanks!
