What are the transactions I use to post an insurance refund to my credit card?
Hi Andrea! Sorry for the delayed response here. It's going to start by entering a deposit to the credit card account. If it was an insurance premium expense refund then post that as a negative expense to the same account you'd use when posting the expense normally. If it's insurance proceeds from a claim then you will need to use an income account. If you don't already have one, you can create it under Other Income.
