Disqus Agexpert Accounting Questions Archive

We just did our first invoice with more than 3 items on it and wanted it in a certain order to coincide with fields we did. After we saved it, it all got changed somehow into the wrong order. How can we fix this? Do we have to do each field on a different invoice?

    Good afternoon Dianne!

    Is this the online version you are working on, or the desktop version?

    This sounds like an issue we have taken a few reports on with the online version, and is currently being investigated. I don't have a good answer for you at the moment as to why this is happening, but I can definitely keep you in the loop as I learn more!

    If you are able to, would you mind sending in an email to support@fccagexpert.ca with a screenshot of the transaction, and of the preview of the invoice? The more information we have, the better off we will be to be able to fix this issue up! It definitely should not be happening, so we want to correct that!
