We have been using the software for 3 years incorrectly! We have renewed but want to start new without any carry forward etc from the previous year. How can we do this?

It's easy peasy :) Just click on the file menu and choose New. Type in the name of the new file you want to create and then proceed through the setup wizard to create a brand new blank file that you can use to start from scratch.
