Hi Allan, typically we would post each of those items to a single asset account called "Shop In Progress" or something like that and then when the project is completed, clear the Asset account and enter our Capital Asset purchase. There is no way to merge one capital asset into another. What you might consider doing is entering a zero dollar transactions to sell each of the current assets at their entry price and then doing a single C+ line to balance the transaction and record the new shop as a single capital asset.
