The program is asking me to choose a new restore folder.

    Hi Roseanne, if you are trying to restore a backup, it is possible that the program is asking you to select a different folder to restore your file to. Here are some instructions to restore a backup file: http://community.fccsoftwar... The program does not like files to be restored to the desktop, so you will have to select a different location on your C:\ Drive. If you are still having troubles, please call us at 1-800-667-7893.
