Purchased a gator and financing each month - how do I input that?

I have a few questions in order to better assist you. Was there a downpayment towards this purchase, or a payment applied? Did this occur in your current fiscal year? You would enter a Withdrawal transaction for the amount that came out of the bank (if any), followed by a Capital asset purchase line (C+), for the full amount of the Gator. I would check with the accountant to see what class it falls into. Next you would have a Loan Addition (L+) line for the amount of the loan. Finally you might have an Expense (EX) line if there were any fees, if any.
