Payroll question: My last quarter CRA deductions remittance was supposed to be $745. However I did a manual calculation using payroll information instead of looking at the remittance screen, and forgot to add the employers portion of CPP. That means I was $200 short in my payment. I want to clear my remittance but not sure how to correct this error, because the remittance says $745 but not place to correct this to leave $200 balance for another transaction. I am assuming I need to do an adjusting entry but not sure how to do the entry.
