The labels report is actually the only report we have that would provide a list of contacts. You can select a Basic listing, but it is still in more of the label style - it just isn't meant for anything specific.
In theory, you could print the names as a list in the Accounts Payable or Receivable report, but personal contacts aren't a part of this list.
