Hello Anne. Did you create a new data file by going to File > New? In the 2014 version of agexpert all you would need to do is go back in your 2013 data file and Add a new fiscal year (go to Setup>Fiscal year) and click on Add Fiscal Year. This would transfer your balances from the prior year to the new year. The new AgExpert Analyst versions are now part of a continuous data base so no need to create a new file. I hope this helps.
