I've set up a new farm business in agexpert with new accounts in asset,income,expense,liability equity sections with the correct balances .adding new ones as necessary ! Began entering transactions only to find some of the accounts don't appear in the pop up screen when selecting type of account .how can I fix?

The new accounts you created did you add them as a detail account? And are those accounts setup as active accounts... What are the account types that seem to be missing? If let's say the account was setup as a liability instead of loan, you can used D+ or D- to access those accounts instead of L+ or L-. I hope this helps, let me know if you are still having issues
