Is there a way to print out all the transactions from one account or category, for example I would like to have a list of all machinery repair expenses to use as a check list when reconciling my credit card.
Hey Doug, we don't have a report like that. The closest thing you could do would be to print out a General Ledger report for the desired expense account but that wouldn't include taxes so I can't see how that would be useful when reconciling your credit card. The only recommendation I have would be to have your credit card set up in the software and to enter the transactions directly against the credit card. That way you could use the bank reconciliation tool to compare entries in the software to entries on your statement.
