Hi Kim, You should be able to look at data for any date all the way back to the beginning of your database. (To find out what that date is, click on Setup and check the Fiscal Year's window - that will show you all the years available in your current file). If your history with the software goes back earlier than that, they you can open up your old single year files using AgExpert Analyst 2012-05.
