Hi Graeme, yes it is possible to save your invoices as a PDF. Once you create an invoice, it will be listed in your Print Queue for Invoices (which is found under the transaction menu). Make sure you select the checkbox for items already printed. Then, if you select your invoice, and click Print Preview, you will see an option to Export in the print preview window on the top left corner, and you can choose PDF as one of the options.
