Am about to enter opening balances to new data file. Am wondering if the liability, equity, and Accu Dep amts have to be entered as a negative balance ?

Also how or where do I create a cc account that I can post credit card transactions to as a payable? is it in asset account 1000 or 2000 liability accounts
